Covid-19 Disclaimer

Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Cheryl’s Cottages & Honeybrook Cottage is taking extra precautions with the care of every guest to include enhanced sanitation/disinfection procedures.

Symptoms of COVID-19 can include, but are not limited to:
Fever
Fatigue
Cough
Difficulty breathing
Loss of taste

I agree to the following and accept these terms on behalf of all of my party I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS.
I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
Cheryl’s Cottages retains the right to close Honeybrook at any time if we feel it is unsafe to remain open.
I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not travelled outside of the country, or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections WITHIN THE PAST 14 DAYS
I agree to follow government guidelines on social distancing, and use the sanitizing stations available.
I understand that Cheryl’s Cottages cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused
I affirm that if I or any member of my party have any symptoms of COVID-19 during our stay we will notify Cheryl immediately. I and all of my party will then leave immediately to self-isolate. I understand that I am still liable for the balance of my intended stay
I affirm that if any symptoms of COVID-19 develop post departure and / or we test positive to COVID-19 tests I will notify Honeybrook to allow us to take appropriate action.

I affirm that if any symptoms occur during my stay I will request a test and / or return home immediately. If your stay is extended for any reason, you will be liable for cancellation costs of any other guests that we need to cancel.
