The Cottage
Honeybrook is a recently renovated 3-bedroom cottage that sleeps 6, with a fully fitted, traditional country kitchen complete with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The cottage has a kitchen/dining room, upstairs family bathroom, downstairs toilet/utility room and comfortable large living room. French doors lead out from the living room into a lovely, private fenced garden, where a patio area awaits you and serves as the perfect place to enjoy a meal or drink.
Honeybrook is centrally located in Crieff, up a private lane and within walking distance to all local amenities. The cottage has its own private entrance and car parking on site.
Honeybrook has a warm and cosy feel with gas central heating, gas fireplace and double glazing throughout. There’s hot water on demand and free Wifi is available throughout the cottage.
All towels, linen and coathangers are provided and electricity is included within the cost of the rental.
The Rooms
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen has fitted units, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Rangemaster cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and a DeLonghi 4 slice toaster. It has a fantastic range of crockery, cooking and baking pans and utensils, as well as granite countertops. There is a table with 6 chairs and highchairs can be provided for our little visitors upon request. This space is fantastic for entertaining or having a delicious homemade meal with family and friends. Milk, bread and butter are also provided upon your arrival.
Utility Room
Our utility room is fully kitted with a washing machine, iron and area to dry your clothes, so you can always clean your kit after a long day out in the wild.
Living Area
The living room has wonderfully comfortable seating, as well as a TV, DVD player, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are also plenty of books and games to keep you occupied, cosied up by the fire after a long day exploring Crieff. The French windows lead out from this room onto your own private garden with a patio area to enjoy the sunshine.
King Size Bedroom
Our master bedroom comes complete with a massive King size bed for a great night sleep after a busy day relaxing. You’ll want nothing more after an evening by the fire! The room also includes your own TV, spacious built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer.
Double Bedroom
Our cosy double bedroom comes with your own dressing table, flat-screen TV, generous fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer.
Bunk Room
The bunk room can comfortably accommodate both adults and children alike, sleeping 2. Also included in the room is a built-in wardrobe and mirror.
Bathroom
This beautifuly refurbished bathroom includes a lovely designer shower, toilet and sink. One large bath towel and one hand towel is provided for each guest, alongside an extra hand towel in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided for your convenience.
Outside
Our wonderfully tended private walled garden is fully enclosed and has been designed to fulfil your nature-loving needs without even having to leave Honeybrook. There is a wrought iron table with chairs and a sun umbrella for when you want to make the most of the sunshine too. We have also included a washing line too.
P.S. if you spot the fairies and dragon in our secret garden, don’t wake them up! Ssshhh!
